Using a standard booted check valve means the valve and pipe assembly often leans and wobbles. This can be a disaster when a regular booted check valve pops off—or worse, if the rubber gives way after years of pressure on the connections. Instead, the PVC discharge pipe slides into the body of the Pro Series Pumps’ PS-CVKSRRU15 check valve, taking the pressure off the couplings for a clean, stable installation.
